Family is here!

Just a quick post to let you know that everyone has arrived for Joshua's graduation. Everyone watching the Celtics basketball game, swimming, eating, and visiting. What more can you ask for. My feet are hurting and I am tired already. Nothing that I would not do though for my family. Graduation tomorrow Yea and than party at my house. It will be fun. Pictures to follow.

"The Pool is Open"

Well "Maxine" is ready for summer. She has been swimming now for the past week. The pool is not even 80 degrees yet, but that does not stop her in any way. She is ready to go. One thing, she does not let anyone else swim in the pool with her, not even me. She has a little problem with sharing. She may have to go back to Charm School. She looks like she wants you to come in and play with her, but don't let that silly smile fool you.

"More Chicken Eggs"!!!

More eggs! You think that the chickens would think it was Easter! Mom and Dads chickens are laying eggs left and right! 12 more yesterday! I was making Clint's birthday cake this morning, and a double yoke egg! Mom and Dad we so excited. Just wanted to keep you updated on the "Girls".

Eggs

Well a while back mom and dad bought 18 chickens and have them housed at some ward members backyard where they are zoned for horses and chickens. Well 4 of them died and the rest have been doing fantastic. These chickens are egg laying chickens. The "Girls" is what we call them, chickens are older now about 9 months and you guessed they are laying eggs like crazy. You would think they thought it was Easter! Brown eggs, green eggs, and white eggs. This past weekend they layed over 3 1/2 dozen eggs. I am having an egg for dinner tonight and OH MY Gosh are they fantastic! The yokes are this rich dark yellow and orange color. I will post pictures soon! Mom and Dad are so excited! It is so cute to see them so excited about this. Watch for pictures!

Yes it has been awhile!

I am back and have just updated my blog to reflect spring and Easter! All is well here. Working 3 jobs. Yes I know if seems like alot, but it has been fun. All three are different. I am contracted employee. It seems to work. I am getting ready for General Conference this weekend and of course "Game Night". This month it is at our home. So does anyone have any good ideas for dinner.???? No tacos, steak, roast, chicken, spaghetti, etc. Someone different and easy to make. Mom is bringing the sweets. I just need a good dinner idea!
